Barnes & Noble Summer Reading Program

Receive a FREE Book for Summer Reading

July 14, 2020

The Barnes & Noble Summer Reading Program is an annual summer reading program that gives children in grades 1st thru 6th the ability to earn a FREE book after reading 8 books while keeping track of them in a READING JOURNAL that they turn in at the local Ann Arbor store.

The Barnes and Noble Summer Reading Program is designed to reinforce learning and motivate students to continue reading throughout the summer. Barnes and Noble is proud to partner with teachers to keep kids reading and growing throughout the year.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Read any eight books this summer and record them in this Summer Reading Journal. In the journal describe what part of the book is your favorite, and why.
  • After reading eight books, bring your completed journal into your local Barnes and Noble store in Ann Arbor between now and August 31st.
  • Choose your FREE reading adventure book from the book list featured in the  journal.
